Custom Tasks

Custom tasks can be created to extend those already provided by Tio for Fire, Security and other safety topics, or to create new topics altogether such as ‘Refrigeration’ or ‘Holiday Let Handover’.

Setting Up Custom Tasks:

• From the Tio home page select your Organisation (see above)
• Navigate to Tasks -> Custom Tasks, then select ‘Create’
• If the new Task is for an existing Topic, such as Fire Extinguisher & Blankets, select that Topic from the list
• Otherwise, if the Topic is new, enter a suitable name such as ‘Refrigeration’

• Now enter a Task name, for example ‘Temperature Check’
• Set the Default Frequency, if you have to check the temperature daily then enter 1 and then choose Days etc
• Enter any further instructions as you wish, e.g. ‘Check temperature is between 4 and 7 degrees’,  then select the Create button
