Adding Documents to a Logbook Entry

You can add an existing document already stored in a Document Folder to a new or existing log book entry, if you want more information on how to upload documents click here :

  1. Add a new log book entry
  2. Tick the Add Documents tick box when prompted (not visible to Contributors)
  3. Continue and Save your entry
  4. When saved you can add your Document by selecting the Add Documents red button in the entry
  5. A popup showing your Document Folders will appear
  6. Select the relevant Folder and Document to add to your entry
  7. If an entry has a document added then you will see a paperclip icon on the entry

To add documents to existing entries, select the log book entry and follow step 4 above.
