You can add an existing document already stored in a Document Folder to a new or existing log book entry, if you want more information on how to upload documents click here :
- Add a new log book entry
- Tick the Add Documents tick box when prompted (not visible to Contributors)
- Continue and Save your entry
- When saved you can add your Document by selecting the Add Documents red button in the entry
- A popup showing your Document Folders will appear
- Select the relevant Folder and Document to add to your entry
- If an entry has a document added then you will see a paperclip icon on the entry
To add documents to existing entries, select the log book entry and follow step 4 above.
