Disable a task

If you wish to disable or re-enable a task please follow the instructions below. This can be useful if you feel you are missing a Task that has been previously set up, and can no longer be seen.

Disable a task no longer needed for your building

  • Go to Premises Required.
  • Navigate to Tasks.
  • Select the specific task that is no longer needed.
  • Click on SETUP.
  • Choose DISABLE.

Re-enable a previously disabled Task

  • Select the Premises Required
  • Select Tasks
  • Apply the filter: FILTER > Disabled > Only Disabled Tasks.
  • Select the Task you want to re-enable
  • Select SETUP
  • Enter in the appropriate test parameters
  • Select ENABLE TASK

Keep the Task – but disable the reminder

If you have a task that you wish to keep – but want to disable the regular reminder, for example – if you don’t attend that building regularly. Simply select the task you are interested in and switch off the Task Reminder. This will remove the reminder data, and this task will never show as Overdue on the KPI’s
