An entry is made for any inspection, activation, observation or fix made on your premises. Making a logbook entry is very simple:
- Select Log Book Entries, Add New Entry
- Select the relevant options for your entry. If your entry relates to Fire Detection & Alarm (Part 1) or (Part 6) you can test individual assets as part of your inspection. For more information on how to add assets click here
If you wish share this entry with someone via e-mail, or create a linked one off follow up task you can select the Add a follow up Task checkbox which will enable you to do this if you are an Editor or Admin you can also Add Documents to the entry, click here for more information.
